I also enjoyed dining at the outdoor restaurant with good food. the hotel's proximity to shops and restaurants made it convenient to explore.

The stay here was terrific for a more comprehensive and comfortable guest experience. the staff were welcoming, truly wonderful. I had a quiet room to myself with a separate bedroom and patio. the hotel was in a very central setting, just 1 block from Downtown. Moreover, it was conveniently located next to all downtown restaurants and shopping. It served as a perfect base for the trip.

We were impressed by the range of amenities available, including room service, dry cleaning, and wake up service. The room itself was well-appointed, with modern features and a cozy patio with garden furniture. The spa and wellness center was a highlight, offering a wide range of treatments and services. We especially enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, perfect for relaxation. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.

The room was unique and very romantic (fireplace, giant shower, lighting, comfortable bed). Pool area great at night to enjoy a drink. Servers, bartenders and pool staff gracious and helpful.

The young lady at the front desk at check in was very rude. Not able to check in early and she was to page us. We checked in 30 minutes after check in however there was no late check out allowed at all!! There are not enough chairs at the two adult pools. Guests have to stake out their chairs or fight over a chair!!! The service here was supposedly exceptional (according to a few websites) but that part was a let down. I wouldn't rush back here.

I initially had doubts about the standard king room from the photos, but in reality, it was bright with a balcony; the location was superbly near many restaurants and lovely shops and eating spots.

I had a wonderful stay at Avalon Hotel And Bungalows. The decor in my room was beautifully updated and the bathroom was excellent. I loved the spectacular view from my balcony overlooking the hotel and the mountains. The on-site restaurant was exceptional, serving delicious food with great service. The small, clean boutique hotel had a friendly staff and was conveniently located within walking distance to downtown Palm Springs.
